Your main responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>Managing labour law files<\/strong>: taking charge of files from the initial consultation to the final resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assisting the division&#8217;s lawyers<\/strong>: helping analyze and prepare complex files and providing in-depth legal support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Representing clients<\/strong>: defending a clientele of individuals and SMEs before the courts and administrative tribunals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Developing the division&#8217;s strategy<\/strong>: setting up and carrying out growth strategies for the labour law division.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Working with the team<\/strong>: actively helping achieve the firm&#8217;s vision and objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-our-ideal-colleague\">Our ideal colleague<\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our ideal colleague is passionate about communication and advocacy.
