The lawyer will then carefully analyze the events and documents. They can then give you a legal diagnosis and assess your chances of success. A single fact can change their legal diagnosis.<\/p>\n<p><em>Example&nbsp;: You see a doctor. You tell the doctor you have a headache, a cough and a sore throat. The doctor will probably diagnose a cold.
