Me Vanessa Blais

Vanessa Blais has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2025, after completing her bachelor’s degree in law in 2024.

She has more than 8 years of experience as a paralegal, mainly in civil law, which has given her an in-depth understanding of the practical and procedural realities of the legal world. She has also gained solid experience in legal research in various areas of law.

Blais has particular expertise in latent defects, having devoted a 5-month research project to the subject at Université Laval during her studies.

Blais focuses her practice on civil and commercial law, particularly latent defects, construction defects and corporate law (incorporation and annual maintenance of businesses, share purchases and sales, etc.). A taekwondo coach and club owner, she brings exceptional rigour and unparalleled dedication to everything she undertakes.
